One Town, Many Cultures: an annotated bibliography created for the Monroe County Public Library in Bloomington, Indiana that highlights the diversity of the community.
LGBTQ Annotated Bibliography : an annotated bibliography of LGBTQ Books for Teens where the characters all identify as minorities.
Sample Elementary Age Program : a sample program created using a fictional library, for the elementary aged children.
Sample Tween Craft Program : a sample program created for a fictional tween community, creating parachute cord bracelets.
Sample Teen Program: a sample program created using a fictional library, for teenagers around the theme of Banned Books.
Multicultural Children’s Bibliography: Holidays : an annotated bibliography of multicultural children’s books on the topic of holidays in different cultures.
Illustrator Outline: an electronic version of the notecards I used to give a presentation on the life and illustration style of Maurice Sendak.
Global Cinderella : an analysis of three Cinderella tales from around the world. Also includes a criteria and explanation for how to select folktales and folklore.
Book Reviews: two reviews, written in the style of the School Library Journal- one on The Grimm Sisters: Fairytale Detectives by Michael Buckley, and the other on The Hello, Goodbye Windowby Norton Juster.
Washing Machine Analysis : a Human-Computer Interaction review of a Washing Machine, using usability and user experience goals as means of analysis.
